Data deletion instructions
How to remove your data from ThinkTask, including data received from Meta and Google platforms.
Disconnect a social channel
In the app, go to Dashboard → Social → Channels and click Disconnect on the account. Its access token is deleted immediately and ThinkTask can no longer act on that account. Scheduled posts for that channel stop publishing.
Delete your account and workspace data
Email hello@thinktask.in with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address on your account. We verify the request and delete the account and its associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g. billing records).
Requests originating from Facebook or Instagram
If you remove ThinkTask from your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta notifies us and we delete the tokens and profile data received for that account. You can also contact us directly at the email above to confirm deletion.
Revoking Google access
To remove Google data, disconnect Google inside ThinkTask, or revoke access from your Google Account permissions. We delete the stored Google tokens on disconnect.
